Focus on leading high-stakes Southeast Asia projects, overseeing governance during cloud migrations, and translating MAS, PDPC, and IMDA regulations into actionable data policies.

What you will do
- Architect and operationalize regional data governance frameworks aligned with MAS Technology Risk Management guidelines and PDPC advisory guidelines.
- Lead Data Protection Impact Assessments and privacy-by-design workflows for PDPA and APEC CBPR compliance.
- Identify and catalogue Critical Data Elements and establish end-to-end data lineage across hybrid-cloud environments.
- Design automated data quality monitoring and Master Data Management solutions for secure, trusted data exchange.
- Oversee data governance, classification, and access controls during migrations to Singapore-based AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud regions.
- Facilitate workshops with technical teams, risk and compliance stakeholders, and regulators while contributing to proposals, training, R&D, and business development.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in data management, data governance, or data analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous.
- Knowledge of master data management, metadata, reference data, data cataloguing, lineage, and data quality management.
- Experience with data management and governance tools such as Collibra, Informatica, or Alation.
- Understanding of data security principles, encryption methods, and access controls.
- Fluent English and strong communication skills for working with diverse client and stakeholder groups.

- Prior consulting experience.
- Additional regional languages such as Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese, or Bahasa.
