What you will do

• Develop scalable, resilient microservices and cloud-native, event-driven solutions.
• Actively utilize AI-powered tools like GitHub Copilot and Claude to accelerate development and improve code quality.
• Define and refine prompts and workflows to optimize AI usage in debugging, testing, and documentation.
• Perform high-quality code reviews incorporating both manual expertise and AI-assisted analysis.
• Collaborate with Front-End and QA teams to advance Agile practices and improve SDLC processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges within distributed systems.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in Poland without visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in backend software development.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Practical experience with AI-supported development tools.
• Solid knowledge of microservices architecture, reactive programming, and event-driven systems.
• Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB.

Nice to have

• Experience with PostgreSQL, Kafka, and Redis.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud environments.
• Understanding of distributed system patterns.
