What you will do

• Translate ambiguous product ideas into technical plans, scope, and success metrics.
• Develop and enhance mobile experiences for iOS and Android, including backend service contributions.
• Partner with product, design, and data teams to shape solutions and challenge assumptions.
• Implement robust testing, rollout, and monitoring strategies for new features.
• Utilize production signals and customer behavior data to iterate and improve product performance.
• Maintain high engineering standards through code reviews, design feedback, and mentoring.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico.
• Significant experience shipping production mobile applications on iOS and/or Android.
• Ability to work across the stack, including mobile clients, APIs, and services.
• Experience supporting production systems and participating in on-call rotations.
• Strong product and business judgment with a track record of end-to-end feature ownership.
• Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools while maintaining accountability for quality.
