What you will do

• Architect and maintain the foundational platform ecosystem hosting various operational modules for the CX team.
• Design and implement secure intermediary layers to aggregate data, standardize payloads, and enforce RBAC rules.
• Establish technical patterns, templates, and scaffolding to improve overall Developer Experience (DX).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational workflows into technical solutions that reduce cognitive load.
• Champion best practices in frontend architecture, accessibility, and code quality through mentorship.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher required for clear technical communication.
• Deep expertise in React (internals, rendering lifecycles, advanced hooks) and web standards (HTML/DOM, CSS, HTTP).
• Proven track record of designing scalable frontend solutions, routing ecosystems, and state management at scale.
• Strong ability to design and consume secure API integration layers using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Availability for future transition to a hybrid work model in Buenos Aires.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in Core Frontend, Platform Enablement, or Developer Tools teams.
• Experience building internal tools, CRM systems, or high-density data applications.
• Real-world experience with distributed frontend architectures and complex Monorepo setups.
• Background in highly regulated sectors such as Fintech or Healthcare.
