What you will do

• Drive and coach teams in applying technical solutions, data analysis, and quality decision-making to meet requirements.
• Lead global, cross-functional collaboration to solve complex problems and enhance existing technologies.
• Coach teams in recognizing issues and delivering measurable process improvements across functions.
• Communicate and document work according to technology guidelines and functional standards.
• Lead project management efforts, including planning, risk mitigation, and execution.
• Leverage internal resources to drive innovation and strengthen organizational performance.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math.
• 4 or more years of relevant experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to teach and apply systematic problem-solving tools.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot equipment and process problems.
• Experience in applying new tools to improve existing processes.
• Strong project management skills.

Nice to have

• Certifications in quality control systems or project management tools.
• Experience leading effective meetings and providing clear technical direction.
