What you will do

• Support iGaming growth strategies and assess the regulatory impact of new market entries.
• Manage product compliance functions in newly entered markets and ensure smooth transitions to business-as-usual operations.
• Evaluate and improve the regulatory compliance framework, including internal controls and procedures.
• Collaborate with licensing teams to ensure corporate compliance requirements are met.
• Maintain proactive relationships with regulatory authorities and assess ongoing regulatory risks.
• Stay current on responsible gambling best practices and evolving global legislation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in regulatory compliance within highly regulated industries, preferably iGaming or casino sectors.
• Strong understanding of global regulatory frameworks and jurisdictional requirements.
• Broad knowledge of gaming laws and casino operations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks and implement effective solutions.
• Must be able to work from the Sliema, Malta office as part of a hybrid arrangement.
