What you will do

• Review and approve marketing materials across social, affiliate, sponsorship, CRM, and influencer channels.
• Analyze promotional mechanics, T&Cs, and copy for regulatory and consumer protection compliance.
• Provide practical compliance support and proportionate solutions for operational teams.
• Manage data protection tasks including DSARs, DPIAs, and general GDPR administration.
• Assist with governance, policy maintenance, and compliance monitoring activities.
• Support the compliance training framework and onboarding activities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a compliance or regulatory role, preferably in gambling.
• Essential experience in marketing compliance and material approval.
• Strong understanding of UK gambling regulations and CAP/ASA Codes.
• Ability to provide pragmatic advice to help teams navigate risk while supporting business goals.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
