What you will do
- Manage assigned teams to implement media campaigns and apply best practices for campaign management and data interpretation.
- Own campaigns end-to-end—from initial planning and proposal presentation to best-in-class buying completion.
- Act as the escalation point for issues and ensure accurate planning and reporting aligned with strategic and commercial objectives.
- Apply smart use of campaign planning and market opportunities to strengthen AV’s role within overall campaigns.
- Use advanced data analytics to understand client challenges and media investment strategies, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Support quarterly/annual business reviews with media investment and campaign insights, using relevant third-party and client data sources.
Requirements
- Experience in media planning and buying across TV, VOD, Cinema, and YouTube.
- Proven ability to oversee teams and ensure accuracy of campaign planning and deliverables.
- Knowledge of key AV tools and booking systems (e.g., MediaExplorer, DDS, AdvantEdge, techedge, Caria, Prisma, Adwords).
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, comfortable presenting results and proposals to internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong management and prioritization skills, including reconciliation accuracy and timely resolution of queries.
- Right to work in the UK is required for this UK-based role.
