What you will do

• Lead the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and offboarding.
• Develop and own core HR processes such as performance management and salary reviews aligned with Swedish practices.
• Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to local leadership and employees.
• Ensure full compliance with Swedish labor law, work environment regulations, and union negotiations.
• Partner with global HR teams to execute international initiatives and support operations across other locations.

Requirements

• Fluent in both Swedish and English (C1 level).
• Broad experience in operational and strategic HR, ideally as an HRBP or standalone HR Manager.
• Solid knowledge of Swedish labor law, work environment regulations, and union relations.
• Ability to balance global corporate initiatives with local Swedish culture and needs.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR Management or a related field.
• Must be based in or able to work from Linköping, Sweden.
