What you will do

• Own digital revenue targets and market share growth for the Southern Cone region.
• Lead high-impact negotiations with major DSPs including Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music, and TikTok.
• Utilize streaming analytics to define release priorities and optimize marketing spend.
• Manage physical product strategy, including retail activations and special editions.
• Execute regional catalog initiatives to drive incremental revenue.
• Supervise operational tasks and collaborate with A&R and Label Managers to ensure execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the music industry (Labels, Aggregators, or DSPs).
• Deep knowledge of the Southern Cone music market and consumer behavior.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Spotify for Artists, Chartmetric).
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• Strong business mindset with experience managing P&L and financial KPIs.
• Ability to work independently and solve complex problems under pressure.

• Portuguese fluency for regional synergies.
