What you will do
- Solve complex customer issues using methodical troubleshooting for SAP applications and technology.
- Provide remote-based functional support and training for specialist SAP modules.
- Develop application break fixes for critical product defects and create scripts to analyze data issues.
- Manage key assigned accounts as a technical and functional advisor.
- Collaborate with a virtual team to share field experience and improve diagnostic methodologies.
- Deliver high-quality customer experience while working in a 24x7x365 support environment.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of SAP experience, particularly with Basis, R/3, ECC, NetWeaver, and Knowledge Management.
- Fluency in both English and Portuguese is required.
- Must be based in Brazil.
- Working knowledge of multiple databases (Oracle, MSQSL, MaxDB) and operating systems (AIX, Linux, Windows).
- Experience with full life-cycle implementation, configuration, and administration of SAP applications.
- Strong analytical, logical problem-solving skills and ability to work in high-pressure situations.

- SAP certification(s).
- Consulting background.
