  • Lead multinational teams of subject matter experts in developing complex IT solutions.
  • Manage the technical solution link to cost cases, proposals, and contracts.
  • Oversee the technical bid and proposal budget for engagements.
  • Manage technical team deployment and performance.
  • Negotiate with client CIOs, infrastructure managers, and IT architects.
  • Identify and mitigate business risks, gaps, and high-risk items.

Требования

  • Must be based in Espoo or Jyväskylä, Finland.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a Technical Solution Manager role.
  • Fluent in Finnish and English.
  • Experience with hirify.global solutioning processes and tools (SDM, Framework Blue).
  • Proven experience in project management and remote proposal activities.
  • Ability to negotiate with senior client stakeholders and internal engineering teams.
