What you will do

• Design and build scalable data pipelines ingesting data from infrastructure, platform services, and business systems.
• Define data models and schemas to support operational workflows and analytics.
• Implement permissioning and manage security for the Palantir Foundry implementation.
• Create trusted datasets and metrics to power internal tools and customer-facing insights.
• Establish data quality checks, monitoring, and alerting to ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate with Product and Commercial teams to translate business needs into robust data solutions.

Requirements

• Deep hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry, including ontology modeling and pipeline development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and data engineering frameworks like Spark, PySpark, or Dask.
• Experience with API-driven data integration (REST, GraphQL, Foundry Action APIs).
• Practical experience with Git-based workflows, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, early-stage environments.
• Must be based in or able to work from Reading, UK.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and infrastructure telemetry.
• Familiarity with distributed systems or usage-based billing data.
• Experience supporting customer-facing data products.
