What you will do

• Develop and calibrate credit risk models end-to-end, from data collection to documentation.
• Monitor model performance and proactively suggest improvements to internal systems.
• Perform portfolio analysis to identify opportunities and high-risk segments.
• Apply advanced statistical techniques, includhirify.global machine learnhirify.global and AI, on complex datasets.
• Automate scripts and document workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Risk, Business, IT, and Model Validation functions to align models with business needs.

Requirements

• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Cybernetics, or a related field.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Romanian bankhirify.global regulations and lendhirify.global markets.
• Technical expertise in SAS, SQL, and Python.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Microsoft Office tools.
• Analytical mindset with strong organizational and communication skills.

• Experience in model development or validation.
