What you will do

• Provide day-to-day business consulting to franchisees to maximize sales, profitability, and adherence to franchise agreements.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and operational audits, requiring frequent travel across Serbia.
• Analyze industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic business decisions.
• Manage the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), tracking franchisee KPIs and implementing improvement actions.
• Design investment plans and conduct business reviews with franchise owners to drive growth.
• Identify new franchise opportunities and facilitate the signing of new agreements to execute development plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Advanced level of English (C1).
• Proven experience in franchise operations, business consulting, or retail management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret KPIs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to travel frequently within Serbia.
