What you will do
- Complete immersive on-the-job training across clinical, operational, and administrative management functions.
- Shadow department heads and front-line staff to learn day-to-day agency operations, processes, and clinical controls.
- Lead real-time projects and drive meaningful improvements within the host agency.
- Prepare for a Director-level role by mastering staffing, team engagement, and community growth initiatives.
- Study and apply state regulations and best practices for home healthcare operations.
- Demonstrate leadership and interpersonal skills aligned with CAPLICO core values and mission.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse license: current, unencumbered, active RN license in the state where services are rendered; maintain licensure throughout employment.
- Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in home health or hospice treatment.
- Current, nationally accredited CPR certification.
- Valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and a safe driving record.
- Ability to understand and adhere to ethical standards of the governing licensure board.
- Open to relocation based on available opportunities.
