What you will do
- Solve complex customer issues using methodical troubleshooting based on expert knowledge of SAP applications.
- Provide remote-based functional support and training for SAP FI/CO modules.
- Develop application break fixes for critical product defects and create scripts to correct data issues.
- Manage key assigned accounts as a technical and functional advisor.
- Collaborate with a virtual global team to share field experience and improve diagnostic methodologies.
- Work flexible hours to support a 24x7x365 global support organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant functional SAP experience with SAP FI and SAP CO.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus).
- Expertise with S/4 HANA, including full life-cycle implementation, configuration, and administration.
- Deep knowledge of SAP customization, extension methodologies, and ABAP debugging.
- Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills with a history of resolving complex issues.
- Must be able to work remotely from a home-based office in Brazil.
Nice to have
- Experience with FSCM, RAR, Treasury, Asset Management, or PS.
- SAP certifications.
- Consulting background or experience with global implementations.
- Knowledge of SAP Industry Solutions or Country Specific Solutions.
