Solutions Consultant (MedTech)

TL;DR

Solutions Consultant (MedTech): Acting as a bridge between the company and individuals with communication challenges by promoting and demonstrating assistive communication solutions with an accent on building relationships with healthcare professionals and end-users. Focus on territory mapping, delivering hands-on training, and driving awareness of AAC technology across Ireland.

Location: Must be based in Ireland, with extensive travel (approx. 80%) required throughout the country and occasionally to the UK and Europe.

What you will do

• Spread awareness of AAC solutions to professionals, funding authorities, and end-user communities.
• Plan and facilitate workshops, webinars, and product demonstrations to inspire confidence in technology.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, educators, and opinion leaders.
• Map assigned territory to identify new opportunities and generate sales leads.
• Provide hands-on training and consulting to clinicians, users, and caregivers.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ireland and hold a valid driver's license.
• Higher education in Speech-Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Special Education, or related fields.
• English: Fluency in verbal and written communication required.
• Experience with AAC devices or similar assistive technology is highly desirable.
• Proven ability in training, consulting, or sales within health, medical technology, or education sectors.
