What you will do

• Host virtual volunteering, team building, and wellness activities for corporate partners over Zoom.
• Welcome, engage, and inspire participants while supporting nonprofits running online events.
• Manage Zoom hosting/admin tasks to ensure a smooth experience (waiting room, breakout rooms, chat links, screenshots).
• Act as a reliable event support partner to the nonprofit representative leading the session.

Requirements

• Background in acting, comedy, improv, or a similar audience-engagement profession.
• Experience facilitating groups and managing group dynamics.
• Based in the EMEA region.
• Bilingual in French and English (Spanish is a plus).
• Extremely comfortable with public speaking and strong customer service/presentation skills.
• Reliable high-speed internet, a computer with a webcam, and flexible availability.
