• Conduct structural assessments of buildings and WASH facilities.
• Develop technical specifications, bills of quantities (BoQs), and cost estimates.
• Supervise construction works and ensure quality of materials and workmanship.
• Review contract claims and prepare payment recommendations.
• Coordinate with local authorities, municipalities, and humanitarian partners.
• Provide technical support and capacity building to project staff.

Требования

• Legal right to work in Ukraine is mandatory.
• Technical degree in civil engineering, architecture, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a humanitarian or recovery context.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, and MS Excel.
• Fluency in Ukrainian (written and spoken) is required.
• Good written and spoken English is required.
