What you will do

  • Manage and support the delivery of assigned innovation and business transformation projects.
  • Identify, validate, and scout for new technology solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Document solution requirements and conduct project due diligence research.
  • Facilitate collaboration and communication across diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track project progress using formal delivery methodologies like Gantt charts.
  • Implement innovation strategies and build capabilities using design thinking and management frameworks.

Requirements

  • Business proficiency in both Arabic and English is a must.
  • Strong academic background in Engineering or Business from a top-tier university.
  • 4-9 years of experience in technology, research, or management consulting environments.
  • Proven experience in planning, managing, and delivering complex technical innovation projects.
  • Knowledge of open innovation methodology, intellectual property, and technology scouting.
  • Ability to understand and translate complex technical discussions and documentation.
