What you will do

• Review broker entries for accuracy, timely clearance, and compliance with tariffs and trade requirements.
• Manage daily import activities, including monitoring pre-alerts, broker requests, and resolving exceptions.
• Conduct audits, including C-TPAT, broker performance metrics, and AD/CVD compliance.
• Prepare documents for Post Summary Corrections, flag reviews, and customs filings.
• Manage duty drawback processes to recover eligible duties and taxes on exported goods.
• Collaborate with customs brokers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Fluent in English communication both verbal and written.
• Basic knowledge of import/export processes and global trade regulations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Internship or coursework in international trade, logistics, or supply chain.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with trade management software.
