Salary: MYR 3,000 - MYR 3,400 monthly

What you will do

• Conduct in-store data collection and retail audits.
• Recruit and maintain panel stores while building strong retailer relationships.
• Support auditor hiring, training, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure data quality by revisiting stores and troubleshooting issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to uphold reporting integrity.
• Handle administrative tasks and ad-hoc operational requests.

Requirements

• High school diploma or above required; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in data collection or retail environments.
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English required.
• Proficiency with smartphones, gadgets, and collaboration tools.
• Willingness to travel and conduct fieldwork in varying conditions.
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks and long hours in the field.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is an advantage for retailer interaction.
