Senior QA Engineer (DevOps)

What you will do

• Review requirements and user stories to identify ambiguities, risks, and testability gaps.
• Design and maintain test plans, test cases, checklists, and reusable test data.
• Perform manual functional, smoke, regression, and exploratory testing, including UAT.
• Develop, refactor, and maintain Selenium WebDriver frameworks in C# for end-to-end coverage.
• Execute automated regression packs, analyze results, and collaborate with developers to isolate root causes.
• Triage and track defects in JIRA with clear reproduction steps and impact assessments.

Requirements

• 4+ years of QA experience in manual and automation testing, ideally with cloud-based SaaS.
• Proven experience automating web applications using C#.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, risk-based testing, and Agile delivery.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Location: Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-team collaboration.

Nice to have

• Domain experience in ERP, finance, payroll, supply chain, or CRM.
• Experience with Playwright, AWS, Docker, or the ELK stack.
• Knowledge of SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Node.js.
