What you will do

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers and internal project teams.
• Assess client requirements and develop viable technical specifications and solutions.
• Lead the development and deployment process in collaboration with program management.
• Manage post-implementation technical services, including platform training and solution administration.
• Integrate Forsta technologies into client business applications.
• Support pre-sales activities through technical presentations and proposal development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar technical consulting or delivery role.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and data manipulation (e.g., SPSS, CSV).
• Strong presentation and communication skills for client-facing interactions.
• Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience with data visualization tools.
