What you will do

• Design and evolve the Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops VDI platform.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams including network, security, and operations.
• Lead Proof of Concept and testing projects for new VDI technologies.
• Manage Windows 10 master images and ensure regular system updates.
• Oversee application packaging and virtualization processes.
• Provide third-level support and resolve complex VDI-related incidents.

Requirements

• University Degree in Computer Sciences.
• 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure with deep expertise in VDI and Windows environments.
• Strong knowledge of Citrix technologies (XenApp, XenDesktop, NetScaler) and application packaging (MSI, App-V, SCCM).
• Solid understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• English fluency required; French language skills are considered an asset.
• ITIL certification is strongly preferred.
