What you will do

• Support and maintain existing test automation frameworks for CRM integrations.
• Perform backend, API, and microservices testing to ensure system reliability.
• Troubleshoot bugs and perform log analysis to identify root causes.
• Collaborate on testing implemented features for compatibility with CRM CTI APIs.
• Work with cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure to validate infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software testing or QA.
• Strong proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.
• Practical experience with API testing and backend systems.
• Knowledge of databases such as MySQL and basic UNIX/Linux skills.
• Familiarity with version control, bug-tracking, and test management systems.
