What you will do

• Manage instructions for client deliverables and perform data input validation for specific FMCG categories.
• Conduct daily cross-coding and item-related quality checks to ensure data integrity.
• Perform physical store checks to validate item-related information.
• Document special instructions for category assignment and manage complex daily workloads.
• Act as a liaison with clients and stakeholders to investigate and resolve data, process, or product queries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Admin, Statistics, or a relevant field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in data and operational areas.
• Must be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
• Proficiency in Excel is mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience in FMCG or previous work as a data encoder.
• Knowledge of SQL, R, or Python.
