What you will do

  • Lead and deliver a portfolio of internal audits across diverse business units and geographies.
  • Manage senior stakeholder relationships with General Managers and Directors to ensure transparency.
  • Drive strategic initiatives and support the development and execution of the annual audit plan.
  • Prepare and review audit scopes, programs, work papers, and reports following professional standards.
  • Coach and mentor auditors to foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
  • Champion company values and promote the profile of Internal Audit across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CPA, CA, CIA, or CISA.
  • 10+ years of experience in internal/external audit or risk management, including 3+ years in leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of risk frameworks, internal controls, AI, and data analytics.
  • Proven ability to lead complex engagements and manage competing priorities.
  • Willingness to travel both nationally and internationally.

Nice to have

  • Postgraduate degree such as an MBA.
  • Experience within a multi-national organisation or professional services environment.
