Finance AI & Automation Specialist

What you will do

• Design, build, deploy, and maintain finance automations using enterprise AI tools, including Claude.
• Evaluate native AI capabilities across NetSuite and the selected EPM platform and recommend valuable solutions.
• Partner with FP&A, accounting, and Finance Systems to identify automation opportunities based on real finance processes.
• Build quick tools, scripts, or automations to remove finance bottlenecks when priorities change.
• Contribute to finance systems work, including platform upgrades, NetSuite AI and agentic capabilities, and new market entry.
• Work with the Senior Manager, Finance Systems, to define priorities and scope.

Requirements

• Experience shipping AI-powered or automated tools into production and supporting them after launch.
• Background in, or genuine interest in, accounting and finance, with willingness to support busy periods.
• Ability to judge where AI improves a process and where it adds unnecessary complexity.
• Experience owning work from scoping and testing through delivery and maintenance.
• Strong communication skills and patience when working with non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort working in a newly created role and helping define its scope.

Nice to have

• Exposure to NetSuite, EPM, planning tools, AI frameworks, agent tooling, or workflow orchestration.
• Experience with system implementations, user acceptance testing, or structured project work.
• Progress toward or completion of a professional accounting qualification such as CA.
