What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers, including configuration and training.
• Conduct virtual video sessions to guide customers through software setup and best practices.
• Gather business requirements during kickoff calls to align software configuration with client goals.
• Troubleshoot software issues and collaborate with Engineering and Product teams for resolutions.
• Identify and recommend value-added services to support customer growth and success.
• Maintain proactive communication to ensure engagement and drive long-term product adoption.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing customer service role.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple customer accounts.
• Experience in training, teaching, or presenting information to groups or individuals.
• Proficiency with virtual meeting tools like Zoom or Google Meet and comfort building rapport on camera.
• Familiarity with database software and standard office tools like Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to listen actively and solve problems with clarity and creativity.
