What you will do

• Collaborate with Level Design, Narrative, Art, and Engineering to deliver cohesive and quality player-facing content.
• Support development timelines and goals for content completion in coordination with Open World and Content Leads.
• Implement and iterate on gameplay experiences using Unreal Engine 5 tools and scripting systems.
• Establish and perfect content delivery pipelines and tools alongside Engineers and Technical Designers.
• Participate in playtests and incorporate feedback to improve pacing, clarity, and player engagement.
• Maintain a high quality bar and professional standards for content development within technical constraints.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in game development with a focus on content design, quest design, or mission gameplay systems.
• Experience shipping one or more AAA games in a content-focused role.
• Practical experience in pre-production game design.
• Proficiency in implementing gameplay content using Unreal Engine 5.
• Strong understanding of narrative, encounter design, and mission flow.
• Ability to implement and iterate content using engine tools, scripting systems, or visual scripting.
