What you will do

• Manage accounts payable processes, including purchase orders and invoice approvals.
• Assist with bank inquiries, KYC requirements, and monthly bank statement reconciliations.
• Collect, organize, and maintain financial data and reports within internal systems.
• Prepare and distribute financial summaries for internal stakeholders.
• Support internal and external audit processes by preparing necessary documentation.
• Participate in projects aimed at improving financial processes and reporting systems.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (formulas, pivot tables).
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Availability to work full-time.

Nice to have

• Experience with 1C system.
• Previous experience in finance or accounting.
