What you will do
- Provide expert-level technical support for complex product issues.
- Analyze, diagnose, and debug intricate customer-reported problems.
- Develop and implement patches, fixes, and diagnostic tools.
- Take ownership of escalations and drive them to resolution.
- Act as a technical focal point for internal cross-functional groups.
- Create and improve documentation to train support engineers.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of hands-on fullstack experience with strong backend focus.
- Proven experience working with multi-threaded environments and large-scale .NET systems.
- Proficiency with Web services, WCF, and IIS.
- Experience with VDI technologies including Citrix, VMware, or Hyper-V.
- Strong troubleshooting, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to new technologies quickly.
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft SQL and T-SQL development.
- Previous customer support experience.
- Knowledge of Insights, Splunk, and Windows internals (Win API).
- Familiarity with Microsoft environments (Windows Server, NTFS, Active Directory, Exchange, LDAP, GPO).
- Solid understanding of data structures, design patterns, and algorithms.
