What you will do

• Lead the management of town planning and environmental consents for the Carbon Capture Pipeline project.
• Coordinate specialist consultant inputs regarding planning assessments and consent submissions.
• Manage the preparation and submission of Development Consent Order (DCO) documentation.
• Ensure project compliance with town planning legislation and environmental regulations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for local planning authorities, statutory consultees, and landowners.
• Integrate planning requirements into project programs and design while managing associated risks.

Requirements

• Background in town planning, infrastructure planning, or major project consenting.
• Strong understanding of the UK planning system and environmental consenting processes.
• Experience working on NSIPs, DCO projects, or large linear infrastructure schemes is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to engage confidently with statutory bodies and manage consultant teams.
• Organized, proactive approach to working within complex project environments.
