What you will do

• Manage and monitor support ticket queues and production alerts.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application incidents.
• Participate in operational and control calls with client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Dev, QA, and DevOps teams to identify root causes and implement long-term fixes.
• Support deployment processes and validate post-release stability.
• Contribute to performance improvements, automation initiatives, and system optimization.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency is required for direct collaboration with US-based clients.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience with Java, Java EE, and Spring Boot.
• Working knowledge of Angular or AngularJS for UI enhancements.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle databases, including querying and debugging.
• Experience with AWS cloud environments and Linux/Bash scripting.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Groovy or PHP.
• Experience with legacy systems.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Splunk or New Relic.
