TL;DR

What you will do
- Design and develop engaging user experiences using TypeScript, React, Java, and C#.
- Build backend components including REST APIs, queueing, storage systems, and security layers.
- Integrate AI-powered development tools and contribute to AI-driven product features.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to translate customer needs into technical software solutions.
- Implement automated testing and ensure code maintainability through documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering focusing on component-level design and coding.
- Professional English language proficiency.
- Must be based in Peru, Ecuador, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, or a location fitting the EST time zone.
- Proficiency in both Frontend and Backend technologies and REST API integration.
- Experience with cloud services (Azure or similar) for deployment and debugging.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent professional experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with TDD (Test Driven Development), refactoring, and XP (eXtreme Programming).
- Experience in pairing or mobbing.
- Knowledge of Go.
