What you will do

• Produce and distribute weekly and monthly operational reports using Looker and Google Sheets
• Draft communications to print service providers to initiate investigations, gather updates, and follow up on open items
• Review reports and partner communications to surface anomalies (volume spikes, missed SLAs, unresponsive partners) and flag them to the relevant PSP manager
• Analyze incoming support contacts to identify trends and recurring patterns
• Maintain shared trackers, dashboards, and documentation in Google Sheets and Canva Docs
• Manage competing priorities across multiple PSP managers and deliver outputs

Requirements

• Experience working with operational reporting and managing multiple deliverables simultaneously
• Strong written communication skills for clear, professional external messages
• Advanced spreadsheet skills in Google Sheets (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables)
• Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar tools and work independently without hand-holding
• Proactive issue-spotting and follow-up before being asked
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to turn verbal direction into documented, repeatable outputs
