What you will do

• Define and implement company-wide security strategy.
• Design and own identity & access management (IAM) architecture across all systems.
• Secure the exchange platform, wallets, APIs, and trading infrastructure.
• Establish security across the full software lifecycle, including code, dependencies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead incident response, threat detection, and risk management.
• Drive security culture and practices across all teams, not only engineering.

Requirements

• Strong experience in cloud and infrastructure security (AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
• Proven ability to design IAM and system integrations at scale.
• Experience securing the software supply chain (repositories, dependencies, pipelines).
• Background in crypto, fintech, or high-risk environments.
• Hands-on mindset with ability to work cross-functionally across the company.
