Salary: 1,200,000 – 1,900,000 CZK per year

What you will do

• Manage and coach a team of technical specialists delivering configured solutions to external customers.
• Oversee staff utilization, workload distribution, and resource planning in coordination with the Staffing manager.
• Develop operational and tactical plans and establish procedures and guidebooks with Competency leaders.
• Handle regional recruiting, hiring, and retention activities.
• Provide support to Project Managers and assist with customer escalations.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback tailored to individual growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in People Management within a technology service or SaaS organization.
• Proven track record of managing medium-sized projects and teams for external clients.
• Permission to live and work in the Czech Republic is required.
• Strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of software development processes and PM methodologies (certification preferred).
• Experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) or Pricing software.
• Familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming languages such as Java or .Net.
