Salary: €3,059–€3,881 gross per month

What you will do

• Design and develop innovative medical measurement devices for home-based patient monitoring.
• Create finger stiffness measurement devices for rheumatoid arthritis patients.
• Develop drift compensation algorithms for IMU and stretch sensor configurations.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary consortium including hospitals, companies, and patient organizations.
• Contribute to educational tasks within the department.
• Evaluate technology performance in clinical and home settings.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in biomechanics design, biomechanical engineering, or equivalent.
• Proven skills in prototyping, testing, dynamics, and programming.
• Affinity with electronics and medical technology.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of Dutch is a pre for working with patients.
• High-level analytical and organizational skills.
