Brand Designer (FMCG)

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Alexandria, Sydney, Australia (Hybrid)

What you will do

• Design and art-direct event activations, trade shows, and pop-ups from concept to execution.
• Produce high-quality print collateral including brochures, signage, and partner toolkits.
• Manage print production processes, including supplier liaison, pre-press checks, and quality control.
• Collaborate with the Partnerships Marketing team to deliver effective creative for the vet and dog partnerships channel.
• Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all physical and digital touchpoints.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Alexandria, Sydney, Australia.
• Proven experience in brand design, event/retail design, and print production.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong understanding of print production, including file setup, paper stocks, and large-format output.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with a proactive approach to feedback and iteration.
