What you will do

  • Perform manual testing of frontend applications built on SAP UI5 and backend applications built on SAP HCM/ECP.
  • Create, update, and execute detailed test scenarios.
  • Analyze test results and document defects in collaboration with development and business teams.
  • Support the creation of test strategies and the overall improvement of QA processes.
  • Optionally create and maintain automated tests using appropriate tools, including AI-based solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience in manual testing of IT systems and general knowledge of SDLC and testing methodologies.
  • Ability to write test cases and report defects accurately.
  • English: Good knowledge required for working in an international environment and participating in meetings.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP HCM/ECP and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in automation testing using tools like Selenium or Playwright.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java or Python.
  • Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA or Mantis.
