What you will do
- Perform manual testing of frontend applications built on SAP UI5 and backend applications built on SAP HCM/ECP.
- Create, update, and execute detailed test scenarios.
- Analyze test results and document defects in collaboration with development and business teams.
- Support the creation of test strategies and the overall improvement of QA processes.
- Optionally create and maintain automated tests using appropriate tools, including AI-based solutions.
Requirements
- Experience in manual testing of IT systems and general knowledge of SDLC and testing methodologies.
- Ability to write test cases and report defects accurately.
- English: Good knowledge required for working in an international environment and participating in meetings.
- Basic knowledge of SAP HCM/ECP and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in automation testing using tools like Selenium or Playwright.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java or Python.
- Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA or Mantis.
