What you will do

• Design and build the company's analytics and dashboarding infrastructure from the ground up.
• Own period-end closing, budgeting, forecasting, and statutory reporting processes.
• Develop and maintain financial and business KPI frameworks aligned with strategic priorities.
• Write and maintain SQL queries and Power BI dashboards for data extraction and analysis.
• Coordinate regulatory reporting with the Bank of Greece and internal control functions.
• Translate complex financial and operational data into clear narratives for Board-level reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Data Analytics.
• 5–8 years of experience in financial control, FP&A, or business intelligence.
• Fluency in both Greek and English (written and spoken).
• Hands-on proficiency with Power BI and SQL.
• Experience in a startup or scale-up build phase is strongly preferred.
• Understanding of financial reporting and management accounting principles.

Nice to have

• Postgraduate qualification or professional certification (ACCA, ACA, CFA).
• Experience in banking, fintech, or regulated credit environments.
• Exposure to additional data modeling tools like Tableau or dbt.
