What you will do

• Design and implement low-latency, high-throughput trading microservices using Go.
• Optimize system performance focusing on CPU/memory consumption, GC pressure, and lock-free structures.
• Build resilient distributed services with failover, back-pressure handling, and graceful degradation.
• Implement efficient concurrency patterns and event-driven pipelines.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to design algorithms and logical schemes.
• Conduct cross-team code reviews and mentor peers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Golang and deep understanding of concurrency.
• Proven track record with microservices using NATS, Kafka, gRPC, or REST.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, ClickHouse, Redis, MongoDB) and query optimization.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and Ansible.
• Experience building high-load, low-latency systems and high-frequency trading (HFT).
• Strong debugging and profiling skills using pprof and flamegraphs.

Nice to have

• Domain knowledge in Forex/CFD trading, including order books, risk engines, and liquidity providers.
• Experience with binary protocols like Protobuf, SBE, or FlatBuffers.
• Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
• Understanding of FIX API integrations.
