Chapter Host

Location: United States; remote work with worldwide travel required.

Compensation: $12,000–$36,000 per year, depending on part-time or full-time involvement.

hirify.global is a global community of remote professionals who travel, live, and work together in a different city each month.

What you will do

• Travel with groups of approximately 20 remote professionals and host each chapter in a new destination.
• Build a tight-knit community by bringing members together and encouraging active participation.
• Plan destination logistics and act as the on-the-ground liaison with landlords and property owners.
• Ensure the group experience is safe and resolve issues as they arise.
• Curate meaningful, memorable experiences that support connection, growth, and belonging.

Requirements

• Ideally, 2+ years of experience leading or managing in-person communities.
• Currently working remotely part-time or ready to take on an additional part-time remote role.
• Confident international traveller with a passport that allows easy travel to most countries.
• Strong people skills, community-building ability, emotional intelligence, and natural leadership.
• Ability to travel worldwide and manage uncertain or challenging situations.

Nice to have

• Spanish language skills.
