Compensation: $12,000–$36,000 per annum (part-time).

What you will do

• Foster a tight-knit community among 20 remote professionals in a new city every month.
• Act as a community architect and silent leader, empowering members to contribute.
• Manage on-the-ground logistics, including landlord liaison and safety oversight.
• Curate mind-expanding experiences that bond members together.
• Ensure the hirify.global culture is maintained and upheld throughout the chapter.

Requirements

• Must hold a passport that allows easy travel to most countries worldwide.
• Ideally 2+ years of experience leading or managing in-person communities.
• Must be a confident international traveler.
• Ability to balance this part-time role with other remote work or freelance projects.
• Spanish language proficiency is considered a strong asset.

• Experience in event planning or group facilitation.
