What you will do

• Train, fine-tune, and enhance LLM & NLP models using open-source Python libraries.
• Build data science and data engineering pipelines for clinical data (e.g., extracting information from medical text or images, integrating information from multiple medical sources).
• Collaborate on customer-facing projects to deliver advanced ML/deep learning/LLM and time series forecasting pipelines aligned to business needs.
• Validate models for bias, overfitting, and concept drift to ensure reliability and effectiveness.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly through strong oral and written communication with customers.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering real-world projects aligned to the responsibilities (academic-only work or building only on existing APIs is not sufficient).
• Hands-on experience with OMOP, FHIR, and clinical terminologies, including understanding the patient journey.
• Strong background in healthcare-related fields such as medicine, pharma, bioinformatics, or biostatistics.
• PhD in a relevant field is preferred but not required if exceptional experience is demonstrated.
• Availability for at least 30–40 hours per week.
