What you will do

• Design complex workflows using BPMN 2.0 within real-world delivery environments for the banking sector.
• Implement orchestration in distributed systems, focusing on retries, timeouts, idempotency, and saga patterns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and software engineering, to achieve design consensus.
• Utilize Camunda 8 (Zeebe) for execution-oriented modelling and operational efficiency.
• Design event-driven architectures, messaging patterns, and API integration flows.
• Define reusable process pattern libraries and provide training on modelling best practices.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in workflow design with BPMN 2.0 or equivalent orchestration tools.
• Hands-on expertise with Camunda 8 (Zeebe) and execution-oriented modelling.
• Strong knowledge of event-driven architectures and messaging patterns.
• Experience working in banking, financial services, or other highly complex business domains.
• English: Minimum C1 level required (written and spoken).
• Experience operating in regulated environments with strict governance and audit requirements.
