What you will do

• Execute laboratory experiments and analyze results independently to support product development.
• Develop knowledge of raw materials and evaluate alternatives for chemical product formulations.
• Manage formulas and related technical data using SAP.
• Support the investigation of customer complaints and quality notifications (QNs).
• Document experimental data in alignment with intellectual property and patent requirements.
• Collaborate with peers and visit manufacturing plants or regional laboratories as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with 1 year of experience; OR a Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Location: Must be based in Monterrey, Mexico

Nice to have

• Prior laboratory or research experience in chemical product development.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar data management systems.
• Exposure to quality systems and tools.
• Basic understanding of intellectual property processes.
