What you will do

• Own the operational stability, availability, and reliability of a global IVR platform across AWS and on-premises environments.
• Support production deployments, environment configuration, and release activities.
• Monitor system health, performance, and availability using logs and metrics.
• Respond to and participate in production incident investigation and resolution.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, application, voice, SIP, and call-flow-related issues.
• Integrate security best practices into the pipeline, including access control and vulnerability scanning.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience supporting production systems in a DevOps, SRE, or operations-focused role.
• Strong working knowledge of AWS cloud services including EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, IAM, and VPC networking.
• Strong experience with Unix/Linux production environments.
• Experience supporting AWS-hosted relational databases like Amazon Aurora MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including DNS, TCP/IP, routing, and firewalls.
• Ability to run network and traffic analysis tools such as Wireshark.

Nice to have

• Programming experience in Golang.
• Experience with CloudFormation.
